Detailed View of Relationship
A new Relationship Summary page provides an overall view of your account relationship with The RiverBank. You can use this page to view real-time balances and account histories of multiple accounts. You can also transfer funds, make bill payments, schedule future transfers and view eAlerts.
New Account Summary Page
The new Account Summary page provides a convenient method for viewing individual account information. You can perform express transfers between accounts, view account history, review existing transfers or schedule new transfers and payments - all from one screen. New drop-down menus and information-sorting capabilities provide the tools to manage funds more efficiently.
The Account Summary page also provides options for sorting a variety of information, including data from the Transactions, Scheduled Transfers and Scheduled Payments sections. Clicking on a column heading, such as Check Number or Debit, sorts transactions numerically or alphabetically, while clicking again on the heading reverses the order. You can use the column sorting feature to locate specific account activity when only a fragment of information is known, such as an amount or date.
Personal Information Management
The new Options page allows you to quickly and efficiently manage your personal and security information on one convenient page. You can view and edit the following information on the Options page:
Electronic Statement Enrollment
Enroll for eStatements in seconds. On the Options page, choose the accounts to enroll in eStatements, accept the Disclaimer and Submit.
Quick Navigation to move between the same pages of different accounts.
Column sorting on transaction history pages.
Recent Transactions displays activity for the current business day as well as the previous business day in one concise list. An asterisk (*) denotes the transactions for the current business day.
MARCH 2007 UPGRADE:
Account Nicknames
Customer defined account nicknames are now displayed throughout your Online Banking session providing quick and personalized references to customers accounts. Choose "Change Account Nicknames" from the OPTIONS tab to make changes.
Account Number Security
Account numbers displayed can be masked to help reduce exposure to identity theft. Choose "Change Theme" from the OPTIONS tab to select the Account Number Masking Theme.
Change Security Question
To provide an extra level of customer verification, customers can establish a question and the corresponding answer from the OPTIONS tab. When customers contact The RiverBank, a Customer Service Representative will ask the customer-defined question. When the customer gives the correct answer, the CSR verifies the identity of the individual calling before discussing account information.
Check Image Zoom Functionality
Images are displayed with “zoom in” and “zoom out” functionality. By clicking the “=” or “-“ buttons, customers can increase or decrease the size of scanned images.
Error Message Text
All error, warning and informational messages are updated to convey specific information in language more familiar to customers.
Expanded Bill Payment Recipients
Customers can now submit online bill payments to APO (Army Post Office) addresses outside of the United States.
Forgotten Password Retrieval
Customers are reminded of Lost or Forgotten Passwords by clicking a link and entering their Access ID. At a predefined e-mail address, (defined in their caller record) they will automatically receive an e-mail with their password. After entering this password, customers will be forced to change their password.
Help Tips
Help Tips are displayed on the bottom of pages to provide additional information to our customers about our Online Banking features.
Password Change Notification
After changing their Online Banking Password, customers now receive confirmation message on the screen that their Password has been successfully changed. Additionally, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer if their e-mail address is available in their caller record. Customers can enter or change their e-mail address from the OPTIONS tab.
Quick Navigation Menu
Customers are now able to navigate between accounts and view account information more quickly with new drop-down menus.
Sort & Search Options
New sort and search capabilities provide additional tools for navigating. Payment, Transfer and Stop Payment Lists can now be sorted by amount, date or recipient name by clicking any heading column.
